Bookplate of Editha Webster Johnston. As her parents were in Berkeley in 1930, it likely that the bookplate was made in 1930. Image from the Bookplate Society Auction #73, lot 155. The ship in the image may represent the 3 masted ship Jeanie Johnston that brought immigrants from Ireland to North America in the 1850's.
