Cystidium inerme (Hertwig 1897)

Cystidium inerme (probably). This enigmatic organism has not been reported since Haeckel's time. Specimen from the Eastern Mediterranean in July 2008. ID by both O.R. Anderson & Noritoshi Suzuki as probably Cystidium inerme.
